Opportunity

We are looking for a Sales Area Manager

Objective of the position is to drive sales growth and market share within the Middle East geographic area. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with key customers, and analysing market trends with the responsibility of the related P&L.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Sales Strategies and Planning:
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth within the assigned territory
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Creating sales forecasts and budgets for the area
  • Identifying and developing new sales leads and expanding market coverage
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and end-users
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements
  • Providing technical support and product demonstrations to customers
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Others:
  • Managing local team providing coaching and motivation
  • Providing input into product development and marketing strategies
  • Participating in trade shows and industry events
  • Managing sales expenses and budgets
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:

  • Proven sales experience in the coffee equipment or related industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse market data and develop sales strategies; technical knowledge of coffee equipment and brewing processes

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in the assigned area
  • Participation in international trade shows
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and other sales tools
