About Us

Magic Travels is an independent and family-owned Destination Management Company (DMC), established in 1985. We operate across the Middle East (UAE, Jordan, Egypt, Oman), the Caucasus (Armenia, Georgia), and Europe(France, Portugal), offering curated and high-quality travel services to a global clientele.

We are currently looking for a Sales & Travel Expert (UAE focus) to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel, with a strong B2B mindset and in-depth knowledge of the UAE tourism landscape.

Languages required: French & English (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Magic Travels products and services, with a focus on UAE-based experiences, hotels, and programs.

Work closely with B2B partners (travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients) to design and offer tailor-made travel proposals.

Prepare quotations and itineraries based on client needs and budgets.

Negotiate with local suppliers (hotels, transport, guides, activity providers) to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service.

Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.

Support promotional efforts and product knowledge sharing with partner agencies.

Collaborate with internal departments (product, operations, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities in the UAE and regional travel landscape.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in tourism, sales, or B2B travel industry.

Solid understanding of the UAE travel market and supplier network.

Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

Client-focused with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.

Fluency in French and English is mandatory; other languages are a plus.

Proactive, dynamic, and solution-oriented mindset.
