Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Dutchwerk’s products and services.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
• Support the sales team with in-depth product knowledge and application support.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate, timely, and competitive bidding.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.

Service Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective technical support and training to customers.
• Field Trials
• Diagnose technical issues and coordinate with the engineering team for complex problems.
• Document service visits and prepare reports on repairs, installations, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during all service activities.
