Une entreprise de tourisme dynamique recherche un candidat pour gérer les demandes et réservations clients. Ce rôle implique des interactions tant avec les clients B2B que B2C, en fournissant des informations sur les services et en maintenant des relations solides. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience en ventes ou service à la clientèle, avec de solides compétences en communication.
Handle inquiries and reservations (B2B & B2C) via phone, email, and online
Provide accurate information on services, rates, and availability
Send quotations, follow up on leads, and secure bookings
Maintain client relationships and reservation records
Support the sales team in meeting targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in sales, reservations, or customer service
Familiarity with B2B and B2C client handling
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Organized, proactive, and customer-focused
Can speak in English (other languages a plus)
