Position Title: Sales and Operations Manager

About the Client: An international group of high-end restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of F&B outlets, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
2. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring service delivery and resolving any complaints or issues.
4. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Qualifications:

1. Open to European nationalities.
2. Female, 35 years old and below.
3. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and operations management in F&B industry.
4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or any related field.
