We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing Manager to join our growing team in the vibrant real estate market of Dubai. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive sales growth, enhance brand awareness, and maximize customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate industry, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and direct a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the real estate market in Dubai.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales objectives and targets.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for the sale of properties.
  4. Collaborate with real estate agents and developers to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  5. Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and paid advertisements, to reach potential clients effectively.
  6. Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to refine and improve strategies.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to enhance networking and referral opportunities.
  8. Organize and coordinate promotional events, property showcases, and open houses to attract potential buyers.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Marketing Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
  2. Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies related to real estate.
  3. Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales success.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  6. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions.
