Develop and assist in creating content strategies across various formats.

Stay up to date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content performance.
Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to support marketing initiatives and improve campaign effectiveness.
Curate and ensure that the Team Red Dot archives are up-to-date with the latest case studies, client success stories, and additional information.
Assist the sales team in preparing compelling presentations and marketing collateral to drive business growth.
Log all sales activities, including building and maintaining client contact lists and opportunities in NetSuite.
Assist the Marketing Manager to create monthly newsletters that engage and inform our audience.
Liaise with PR agencies to develop communication strategies and enhance Team Red Dot’s visibility in the industry.
Facilitate communication across departments and monitor the progress of projects to ensure that tasks are completed according to deadlines.
Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
Support in creating cost estimates and POs and liaise with the finance team for invoices and payments.
Support in ensuring marketing merchandise and client corporate gifts are in stock, within the marketing budgets, and delivered on time for all key occasions.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business with at least 2 years of prior work experience in a similar capacity.
Experience working in an agency would be ideal.
Strong understanding of website tools, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends.
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint).
Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data to optimize marketing strategies.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
