An established organization is seeking a Sales and Export Executive in Dubai to drive business development within the agricultural commodities sector. The role involves developing strategies for market entry and relationship management while overseeing import/export processes. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Agribusiness and have extensive sales experience, particularly in GCC markets.

Responsibilities
1.Develop and execute strategies to build new relationships with buyers whilst maintaining existing ones to drive business into new markets.
2.Manage and mentor employees to drive forward success and achieve key company objectives
3.Engage in market research to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
4.Manage the establishment of the trade department, formulate work plans and relevant budgets, and take full charge of daily management of the department. Manage import and export business processes.
5.Handle contracts, letter of credit, and shipping documents independently. Collect and analyze important industrial data, explore domestic and foreign markets actively and effectively.
6.Sign, manage and execute bulk commodity trading contracts, as well as deal with relevant business matters. Participate in business development and negotiations, including daily communication with important clients.
7.Manage internal documentation as well as assessment, training, rewards and remedy of personnel within the department.
Requirements
1.Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in trading / sales of Agricultural commodities (such as grains, oilseeds, pulses, edible nuts) - industrial raw materials, fertilizers, livestock, animal feed Ingredients & aquaculture.
2.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Agribusiness, international trade, international finance, and other related disciplines.
3.Familiar with international settlement, laws and regulations of import and export, professional knowledge of trade management and related skills.
4.Well-versed with Export Payment Terms such as D / P, Letter of Credit and its types.
5.Knowledge about customs clearing and logistics handling.
6.Strong sales background within GCC and international markets with proven track record of developing a profitable book
7.Excellent team leadership and coordination skills, strong communication & negotiation skills.
8.Work well independently and be able to adapt to the environment.
