About the Role

We are currently looking for a Sales and Events Manager for our JIC cluster; Isola Ristorante, Joe's Backyard and Raise. The Sales and Events Manager is responsible for driving event sales, ensuring seamless execution of events, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing sales strategies to maximize revenue. The role also involves managing the complete event cycle from planning to execution, while maintaining the brand standards of Sunset Hospitality Group.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement company policies and procedures to optimize event sales and operations.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand brand visibility.
  • Develop and execute event marketing strategies to meet business goals and customer expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners to secure business and ensure quality event execution.
  • Oversee event logistics, including planning, setup, execution, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain and grow client databases through effective CRM strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by upholding service standards during events.
  • Monitor event budgets, control costs, and report financial outcomes to management.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitive activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards during events.
  • Provide regular performance reports to support business decision-making.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
