Sales and Business Development Executive
To identify, affiliate, and onboard big tickets (Hotels, Corporates, Events and Weddings).
Accountable for Business Development & Client relationship management.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads, evaluate, and qualify prospects.
- Follow up regularly to nurture relationships with current contacts and new prospects.
- Develop business with existing vendors and build a clientele base for expansion of product categories.
- Identify areas for development and make proposals on the same.
- Develop a long-term business strategy and foster growth in assigned key areas.
- Submit daily reports to the reporting in-charge on meetings, follow-ups, cold calls, and contract signings.
- Create weekly/monthly forecasts and reports on market performance.
- Maximize networking opportunities and awareness through regular meetings and surveys, and develop a further network of contacts.
- MIS reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience within B2B Sales in the UAE within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- Highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
- Willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
