Job Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for automation components, HVAC parts, electromechanical products, and industrial tools.
• Meet customers to understand technical requirements and provide suitable product recommendations and solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on technical quotations, offers, and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Provide technical support to customers during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Stay updated with new product lines and technical specifications for better customer servicing.
• Travel for client meetings, site visits, and trade exhibitions as required.
• Ensure sales targets are achieved through consistent follow-ups and pipeline management.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales pipeline, and customer feedback using CRM or ERP systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field).
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in trading/export of industrial products.
• Strong understanding of automation, HVAC, or electromechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings/specs (if applicable).
• Knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and international logistics is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or ERP software is desirable.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
