Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic roles.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the industry, demonstrating a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Certifications in sales methodologies or business development strategies, such as Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or similar.
- Experience in the relevant industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage, especially in multicultural markets.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyze data effectively.
