Job Description

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking, ensuring a proactive approach to lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions that drive sales.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations that effectively convey the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that foster long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of market demands and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports for management, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network, represent the company, and gather insights on market trends.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages skill development and knowledge sharing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic roles.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the industry, demonstrating a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Certifications in sales methodologies or business development strategies, such as Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or similar.
  • Experience in the relevant industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage, especially in multicultural markets.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
