A leading real estate company in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Sales Agent to promote and sell their property projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, at least 2 years of experience in the Dubai market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and brokers, conducting presentations, and managing the sales process effectively.
Uniestate Properties LLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales in the Dubai market, with at least 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for selling our projects, following up with clients and brokers, and ensuring all necessary documentation for reservations is completed. • Actively promote and sell Uniestate Development’s real estate projects to clients and brokers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate brokers to maximize sales opportunities. • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and meetings with potential buyers. • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and negotiations to close sales effectively. • Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies • Maintain a record of calls through our computerized system and maintain a database of prospective clients • Ensure all reservation documents and contracts are accurately completed and submitted on time. • Close sales and lead customers through the purchasing process • Assist clients in navigating the closing process, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are completed accurately. • Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations and insights • Provide expert advice on the Dubai real estate market, payment plans, and investment opportunities. • Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotional activities. • Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and regulations to enhance sales strategies.
Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, marketing or a related field can be advantage. Skills: • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong network of real estate brokers and investors in Dubai. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle client queries and provide exceptional customer service • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus. • Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Experiences: • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales in the Dubai market.
