Job Purpose:
To plan, initiate, and conduct the sales process with customers visiting the showroom or during sales calls, contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales in accordance with pre-agreed monthly targets and budgets.
- Attend to customers visiting the showroom, initiate the sales process by understanding their needs, and offer qualified advice on product specifications.
- Maintain close contact with prospective customers, make sales calls and visits to suit their schedules, introduce and follow up on suitable sales prospects.
- Prepare and maintain visit/call reports/logs highlighting salient features and inform the Manager accordingly.
- Report weekly/monthly performance data, comparing actual results with targets and budgets.
- Maintain the customer database and contribute to the development of prospects list; stay informed about competitors in the car segment.
- Ensure pre-delivery inspections and proper documentation of sales transactions.
- Accurately complete and record all vehicle transaction details, including payment, registration with the traffic department, and invoicing.
- Provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, following company sales policies to maximize repeat and future sales.
- Inform customers about available extras, accessories, and warranties.
- Notify customers of delays or changes, ensuring smooth vehicle handover.
- Advise customers on vehicle finance and insurance options.
- Participate in seasonal sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational training.
- 3–5 years of solid experience in car sales.
- Good knowledge of automobile sales through formal training or work experience.
- Attention to detail and quality concern.
- Dynamic and proactive personality.
- Bi-lingual in English and Arabic.
