Job Summary: As a Sales Advisor for the secondary market, you'll focus on properties in the secondary market, providing clients with expert guidance and fostering strong relationships to drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on properties in the Dubai market
Build and nurture client relationships for repeat and referral opportunities
Conduct property viewings and close deals to achieve monthly targets
Stay informed on market trends, property prices, and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
