Exciting Opportunity for Sales Coordinator Motors Division (Porsche) at Ali & Sons Group

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Motors Division (Porsche) team in Abu Dhabi. This role is key to supporting the Sales and Brand Managers by ensuring timely and accurate reporting, vehicle data management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong sense of organization, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and update the PME vehicle reporting system in accordance with PME and Ali & Sons requirements.
  2. Provide accurate vehicle specification and pricing information to the Sales Team.
  3. Update and manage internal stock boards and stock lists to reflect current and incoming inventory.
  4. Oversee vehicle checking at the port and ensure timely transfer to the storage facility.
  5. Prepare and submit weekly PME reports, customer data for CSS programs, and monthly support claims.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma

Experience: General understanding of the business, preferably gained within the automotive or a similar industry

Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred

Software: Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
