Your role:
  1. Parts Coordinator
    • Invoicing & submission to the customer
    • Raise and follow up nonstandard requirements using Carrier Approval Matrix Tool
    • Reports and FC preparation
    • Follow up on PO tracker and BL updates in coordination with supply chain
    • Payment verification
    • Customer system ID Creation
    • Support Parts Sales team on daily activities
  2. Management Assistant
    • Organizing internal and external meetings for the leadership team
    • Organizing internal and external activities for the leadership team
    • Managing and organizing documents required for management signatures

We have already eliminated the Sales Coordinator position where applicable; however, this is a critical function as our current resources cannot manage further extended responsibilities.

2-3 years experience in sales coordination, preferably in the HVAC industry.

Self-motivated, team player, result-oriented, with effective communication skills.

This role is only for Emirati candidates.
