Job Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Admin to support our sales and HR operations. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional with strong administrative skills, a knack for leveraging AI and automation tools, and expertise in data visualization platforms like Power BI. You’ll play a critical role in streamlining processes, supporting our sales team, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales reports.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating recruitment processes.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to track sales performance, KPIs, and other critical metrics.
- Manage CRM systems to ensure accurate data entry, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales administration, HR, or a related administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in technology, including AI tools, automation platforms, and Power BI (or similar data visualization tools).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
