Job Overview

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Admin to support our sales and HR operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales reports.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating recruitment processes.
  • Utilize AI and automation tools to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to track sales performance, KPIs, and other critical metrics.
  • Manage CRM systems to ensure accurate data entry, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales administration, HR, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in technology, including AI tools, automation platforms, and Power BI (or similar data visualization tools).
