Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To call customers via phone, WhatsApp, and emails to get orders (existing/new).
  2. To ensure the total sales of the organization increases on a monthly basis and address any issues related to the same.
  3. To send marketing/promotion/new arrivals of products using WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  4. To take product photos and optimize using Photoshop and create leaflets using Illustrator.
  5. To upload/update products on the Company website.
  6. To make Sales Order/Invoice in Tally ERP 9.
  7. To arrange deliveries and collect payments.
  8. To maintain a manual cash register.
  9. To make entries in Tally ERP (receipts, payments, Invoices, JV, etc.).
  10. To file documents and maintain records.
  11. To create and manage staff attendance records and salary transfer vouchers.
  12. To assist in the renewal of government-related documents.
  13. To survey the market for product availability and prices.
  14. To assist GM in training newly appointed staff as needed.
  15. To inspect the operation of equipment (weighing machine, calipers, printers, PCs, etc.) and ensure maintenance is conducted as required.
  16. To maintain stock records of the products with annual physical stock.
  17. To use Google search and social media for business development.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Should be a Graduate, age: 25 years or less.
  2. 2 years work experience in any field.
  3. Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  4. Quick learner.
  5. Working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
  6. Willing to relocate.
  7. Provide 2 work and 2 personal references.
