Exciting Opportunity for Sales Administrator – Automotive!

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the automotive industry? We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Ali & Sons Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales operations while ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team and various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update the PME vehicle reporting system in line with PME and Ali & Sons requirements.
  • Provide specification and pricing information to the Sales Team.
  • Ensure the internal stock board and stock lists are regularly updated with accurate information.
  • Administer car checking at port and ensure timely transfer to vehicle storage facilities.
  • Complete weekly PME reports along with accurate customer details for the CSS program.
  • Complete and submit support claims to PME on a monthly basis.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by the Sales Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Education: A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administration or a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with vehicle reporting systems or related software.
