Job description

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Sales Administration Analyst to join our Individual Distribution team at Cigna Insurance Middle East. The successful candidate will support the sales team by managing and analyzing sales data, providing valuable insights, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collect, compile, and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for the Head of Individual Distribution.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling inquiries, processing sales orders, and managing documentation.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
  • Support the sales team in preparing for meetings, presentations, and client interactions.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Qualification in business administration or an I.T. related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales administration or analytical role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
