Overview

POSITION OVERVIEW: Our client, a rapidly expanding automotive technology company specializing in online used vehicle auctions, is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Account Manager to spearhead growth and relationship management across UAE and Kuwait. This is a dual-function role ideal for a young energetic Arabic-speaking sales professional with a strong understanding of the regional used car market and experience in B2B sales or auction platform environments. You ll be responsible for both acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships ensuring sustainable growth and high platform engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy to acquire dealerships, leasing companies and fleet owners in the UAE and Kuwait.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients ensuring high engagement and retention.
  • Present platform features, onboard new clients and provide training and support where needed.
  • Conduct regular in-person client visits, product demos and sales meetings across both markets.
  • Monitor client performance metrics and work proactively to increase transaction volumes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide client feedback and optimize the customer experience.
  • Report on pipeline activity, revenue targets and market trends to the leadership team.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within the used automotive or auction tech sector.
  • Based in the UAE with flexibility to travel regularly to Kuwait.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written) mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of regional vehicle trade dynamics, platforms and client behavior.
  • Energetic, results-oriented and confident in managing both new business and key accounts.
  • Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
