The dubizzle Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and supporting their needs by offering solutions to their business challenges. This role involves developing and maintaining positive relationships within the real estate industry.
In this role, you will:
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closing sales for the dubizzle Property Vertical.
- Prospect for potential customers through direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods like networking and social selling within the assigned territory.
- Qualify prospects based on company criteria for ideal customers and sales targets.
- Maintain relevant domain knowledge for meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Draft and deliver proposals.
- Report on sales activity.
- Provide sales forecasts for relevant periods.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Consult with sales management to reduce sales cycle time, enhance sales, and improve branding and reputation.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to add value to customers.
- Represent the company positively in the marketplace.
Requirements:
- Sales experience in an online classifieds or internet company.
- Energetic, assertive, with a strong presence.
- Persuasive with excellent communication skills for initiating, negotiating, and closing sales.
- Tactful and smart in handling client objections and presenting solutions.
- Articulate with experience in making presentations and sales pitches.
- Strong relationship-building skills to nurture customer relations.
- Competitive attitude with a hunger to succeed.
- Result-oriented with problem-solving skills to address challenges creatively and flexibly.
- Good analytical skills to understand client needs and provide marketing solutions.
- Strong business acumen and quick thinking to develop strategic options.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
