A leading company in office automation seeks an experienced Sales Account Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and maximizing customer satisfaction in a competitive market. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience, preferably in MPS sales for corporate clients.

Job description

  • Responsible for achieving allocated sales targets and market share to meet the divisions overall objectives.
  • Creating and developing business relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
  • Utilizing company resources efficiently to maximize profits.
  • Achieve sales targets for self.
  • Report sales forecasts and business updates to the immediate supervisor to make sure that the senior sales team is fully informed and able to take timely business decisions especially with regards to the gap between actual and projected sales.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by constantly being in touch with them to understand their requirements and manage their expectations.
  • Coordinate with logistics and service department to ensure timely delivery and installation in line with the customers requirements

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or relevant field from a recognised University or Institution.

Additional Information :

  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS PowerPoint/Excel in particular)

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven 5 years of work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive in office automation sales (MPS MFP Printers Scanners Large formats).
  • Should have Sales Experience in Handling Corporate & Customer Vertical like Banking Insurance Hospitality Education) for Printer/MFP Sales.
  • Should have Experience/Knowledge to handle Managed Print Services (MPS) projects with Print Management Solutions.
  • Hands on experience in sales process and can deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Experience in handling sales for Xerox/Canon/RICOH/Konica will be added advantage.
