Sales Account Manager - Grid & Power Solutions for Data Centres
Location: United Arab Emirates
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Turner Lovell are specialist recruiters for the power, grid, and HV transmission sectors across Europe, the Middle East, and the USA. On behalf of a global leader in engineering and energy technology, we are hiring an Industry Account Manager to develop key relationships with data centre developers and deliver complex grid and power infrastructure solutions across the Middle East.

You will sell a range of services from grid connection, grid security, onsite power generation, substation design, decarbonisation, digitalisation and microgrid strategies. Your focus will be to sell and support major data centre clients with high-value turnkey projects typically ranging from $20M to $100M.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts with hyperscale data centres, colocation providers, and infrastructure EPCs.
  • Sell integrated solutions covering HV substation delivery, onsite power generation, and energy resilience.
  • Shape and lead proposals, pricing, and deal strategy with internal technical and commercial teams.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and position offerings early in project planning.
  • Monitor market activity, regulations, and competitor movements to support growth and positioning.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical/commercial field
  • 2-5 years' experience in technical sales, account management, or business development in energy, power, or infrastructure
  • Knowledge of power generation, grid connection, or data centre infrastructure
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong client-facing communication skills
  • Driven, structured, and confident managing long-cycle, consultative sales
