NAFFCO is currenlty looking for experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible in generating new business , account Management and generation of revenues

The role requires a familiarity with the GCC market and a passion for creating long term growth for the company

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key accounts in the ELV Systems sector (Security / ICT & Audio Visual systems), focusing on long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts, understanding their evolving needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and quotations, demonstrating a deep understanding of ELV system technologies and market trends.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining profitability.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
