Job Description

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the B2C client base and revenue to grow and maximize revenue for the dubizzle Cars vertical. You will work independently, continually approaching new clients and generating revenue.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet with clients regularly, including contract renewals.
  2. Review client accounts and suggest improvements for better advertising performance.
  3. Sell additional dubizzle features to clients.
  4. Ensure timely client renewals and upgrades.
  5. Collaborate with management to sell new products aligned with business needs.
  6. Serve as the primary contact and technical reference for clients.
  7. Monitor and analyze client metrics to advise on improving their use of dubizzle services.
  8. Maintain regular contact to stay top of mind for clients' advertising decisions.
  9. Understand clients' marketing commitments and analyze competitor spend to strategize client retention and acquisition.
  10. Manage client expectations effectively.
  11. Achieve performance targets set by your line manager.
  12. Utilize business tools and track activities via Salesforce.
  13. Stay updated on motors industry laws and local news.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Secondary education minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. UAE driving license is required.
  3. 3-5 years of sales experience.
  4. Experience in classifieds or motors industry is desirable.
  5. Knowledge of sales processes, questioning techniques, objection handling, and closing methods.
  6. Team player with a commitment to succeed through teamwork.
  7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
