Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Sales Account Manager at Arabian Radio Network. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

1. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
2. Develop positive relationships with clients
3. Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
4. Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
5. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
6. Report on the status of accounts and revenue
7. Track sales targets, and maintain weekly forecasts
8. Knowledge of MS Office
9. Understanding the importance of CRM software and maintaining preset requirements
10. Proven track record of achieving targets

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

1. Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
2. Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
