English/Arabic to join dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales for outsourcing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads for outsourcing services.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
Work closely with internal teams to create solutions that align with client needs.
Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the outsourcing industry.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of outsourcing services and industry trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and develop long-term partnerships.
Experience using CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and strategic thinker.
Knowledge of digital transformation and outsourcing trends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with contract management and pricing strategies.
