Job Summary
NVSSoft, a regional leader in enterprise software solutions, is seeking a
high-performing Sales Account Manager to lead sales efforts for
ECM, workflow automation, and digital transformation platforms across the
Gulf region, with a strong focus on
government entities and large enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with strong business development instincts, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles in the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Prospecting
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, especially in the government and large enterprise sectors
- Map key accounts and develop a relationship strategy to reach decision-makers (C-level, IT, procurement)
- Understand client goals and position solutions that solve real operational pain points
Account Management & Strategic Partnership
- Manage and grow assigned strategic accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor and liaise with stakeholders to maintain long-term relationships
- Ensure post-sale satisfaction and long-term solution adoption
Sales Execution
- Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, closure
- Coordinate with technical, presales, and marketing teams to deliver compelling presentations and demos
- Manage complex opportunities, including RFP/RFQ processes and public sector frameworks
Pipeline & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to influence GTM strategy
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, including ECM, DMS, automation, or enterprise solutions
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets in public or enterprise sectors
- Strong knowledge of government procurement and compliance
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in long-cycle consultative sales
- Understanding of smart government, digital transformation, and national tech strategies in GCC
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
