Job description

What we’re Looking For:

A Sales Account Manager responsible for sales revenue generation and partner growth across the region.

This customer-facing hunting role focuses on establishing key partner relationships with decision makers at resellers and system integrators across the MENA region. The products include TLM’s distribution portfolio, including networking, memory, components, personal computing, printing, and imaging. Prior experience with ICT products and familiarity with the target customer base are required.

What Will You Do:

  1. Business Development
    • Develop strong customer relationships with channel partners across the region and establish the value proposition of TLM’s brands.
    • Identify and engage new partners, negotiate deals, and win business.
    • Work with senior management to add A and B category clients to TLM.
    • Take responsibility for new business, lead generation, meetings, and sales pipeline conversion.
    • Travel to meet product users and channel partners and participate in events.
    • Attend industry events and tradeshows; represent TLM’s business effectively.
    • Execute marketing activities with channel partners, engage online, lead webinars, and participate in partner programs.
  2. Sales
    • Manage the sales process, including pitching credentials, negotiation, closing, and coordinating with the Sales Coordination team.
    • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline on CRM for new and repeat business; push opportunities towards conversion.
    • Respond promptly to tenders and RFI requests.
  3. Planning & Reporting
    • Prepare sales reports and analyses, and present findings to management.
    • Stay informed about issues affecting distribution companies and TLM’s products, and gather competitor intelligence.
    • Understand partner objectives and ROI.

What Talent Do You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the MENA channel market working with an ICT distributor.

  • UAE Driving license is essential.
