As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the B2C client base and revenue to grow and maximize revenue for the dubizzle Cars vertical. You will work independently, continually approaching new clients and generating revenue.
In this role, you will:
- Meet with clients monthly and during contract renewals
- Review clients' accounts to identify performance improvement opportunities
- Sell additional dubizzle features to clients
- Ensure timely renewals and upgrades
- Collaborate with management to introduce new products based on business needs
- Serve as the first technical contact point for clients
- Monitor and analyze clients' dubizzle health and quality metrics to advise on improvements
- Maintain regular contact to stay involved in clients' decision-making regarding spend
- Be aware of clients' marketing commitments to dubizzle and competitors
- Analyze competitive spending and generate ideas to transfer spend to dubizzle
- Manage client expectations effectively
- Achieve performance targets set by your line manager
- Utilize business tools and track activities via Salesforce
- Stay updated on motors industry laws and local news
Requirements:
- Secondary education minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred
- UAE driving license required
- 3-5 years sales experience
- Experience in classifieds or motors industry is desirable
- Understanding of sales processes including questioning, objection handling, and closing
- Team player with a success-driven mindset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Storytelling ability
- Arabic speaking preferred
- Desire to succeed and adapt to challenges
