Urgent Requirement: Sales Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager for our client in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, UAE.

Job Purpose

Manage sales and inquiries for integrated IT solutions and services, including SLAs, manpower, new IT infrastructures, and software solutions, targeting corporate accounts such as GHQ, educational institutions, oil & gas, and private sectors.

Must Have
  • Prepare business plans and conduct monthly reports (forecast, weekly commitments, pipeline development).
  • Bring in new strategic accounts.
  • Maintain awareness of the competitive IT market to identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Build and expand business relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring client satisfaction and excellent customer service.
  • Manage client communications, conflict resolution, and ensure delivery of client requirements.
  • Review major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Handle contract negotiations, renewals, change orders, invoices, and collections.
  • Coordinate with project teams to monitor project status and identify opportunities or issues.
  • Ensure all processes meet quality standards and projects are profitable.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business.
  • Communicate client goals and represent client interests within the team.
  • Report regularly to the VP of Sales on account activities.
  • Follow HSE instructions and participate in safety training, report hazards and incidents.
