Sales Account Executive with Spanish (LATAM)

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain client relationships with new & existing clients by understanding their needs and trading profiles, providing support and guidance as required.
  • Promote the company's new products and services.
  • Train clients on the company's platforms and trading tools.
  • Analyze, identify, plan, design, and implement strategies to increase client loyalty based on system data and industry insights.
  • Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
  • Conduct in-person client meetings and represent the company at VIP events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities worldwide.
Requirements
  • Fluent Spanish speaker is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate at own expense; visa fees covered by the company if applicable.
  • Business-level proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or above).
