Responsibilities
  1. Building and maintaining client relationships with new & existing clients by understanding their needs and trading profiles, and providing suitable support and guidance.
  2. Promoting company's new products and services.
  3. Training clients on the company's platforms and trading tools.
  4. Analyzing, identifying, planning, designing, and implementing opportunities to increase client loyalty based on system data and industry insights.
  5. Maintaining high levels of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
  6. Conducting in-person client meetings and representing the company at VIP events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities worldwide.
Requirements
  • Fluent Spanish speaker is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills are an advantage.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate at own expense; visa fees covered by the company if applicable.
