Main Responsibilities:
- Focuses on driving pipeline across industries and has strong knowledge and network in retail, eCommerce, healthcare, education, and transportation industries.
- Focuses on lead qualification and closure for successful sales.
- Sells a subset of products or services directly or via partners to a customer base (provided target account list) in designated team/squad.
- Develops solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
- Manages sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills and experience in selling to high-level stakeholders (C-suite management, identified champions).
- Maintains client relationships by collaborating with AMs, CSEs, or Inside Sales team to sell and maintain account health.
- Works closely with BDR teams to drive pipeline in assigned accounts and markets.
- As required, cross-sells for existing accounts on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiation).
- Self-motivated and has a drive for continuous learning.
Main Requirements:
- 3 years of applicable experience including 2 years of B2B2C solution sales (in certain situations, SaaS sales experience needed) across GCC and MENA.
- Speaking English fluently and Arabic language on a native or full proficiency level is a must.
- Successful sales track record with commission earnings.
- Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
- Knowledge of Infobip and/or knowledge of Infobip's competitors.
- Interaction with C-level players.
- Team player with strong interpersonal/communication skills.
- Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Having a background in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
