Job summary

A leading real estate developer in Dubai seeks a Sales Manager to lead a passionate team of Relationship Managers. You will develop and execute a robust sales strategy, ensure exceptional client engagement, and foster a high-performance culture within the sales team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in real estate sales with proven leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of real estate sales experience.

Job description

  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for direct and Indirect sales.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and proactively manage pipeline health.
Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10-12 Relationship Managers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training, coaching, and development.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture centered on accountability and results.
  • Build and maintain a strong indirect sales network including Agencies and brokers.
  • Design and implement incentive schemes to drive direct and indirect channel performance.
Client Engagement
  • Oversee the Relationship Managers in handling client queries, site visits, negotiations, and closure.
  • Ensure top-tier customer experience from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
  • Personally manage high-value clients and key deals when needed.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Use CRM and other tools to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory developments.
  • Recommend pricing strategies, promotional offers, and product positioning based on market feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of real estate sales experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing large teams.
