Looking for a professional candidate to help transform the cosmetic landscape in the global market! Marketer to drive product sales across the GCC region. Responsibilities will include promoting our products through offline channels, B2B sales, and door-to-door interactions. He or she will be tasked with building strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies in various GCC countries, distributing makeup products, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales of our products globally, develop promotional strategies through offline, B2B, and e-commerce channels, build and maintain strong customer relationships.
2. Identifying and recommending retail products that perfectly match consumer needs.
3. Engaging in door-to-door marketing and building strong relationships with clients.
4. Negotiating prices, contracts, and terms of sales to achieve win-win agreements.
5. Conducting market and competitor analysis to keep us ahead of industry trends.
6. Maintain outstanding product condition and visual merchandising standards.
7. Actively involved in receiving new shipments and manage point of sale.
8. Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and researching, email outreach, mobile marketing, and keep up to date with product information.
9. Market & customer engagement, negotiation prices, contracts, and terms.
10. Relationship management, follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
11. Report & documentation, maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
12. Provide product demonstrations, PR, consultations, and personalized recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience with IDA Beauty.
13. Build and nurture relationships with clients to drive sales and brand loyalty.
14. A strong understanding of makeup products, application techniques, and ingredient knowledge is critical for offline sales advising customers and making product recommendations.
15. Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the beauty market.
16. Attend beauty industry events, trade shows, and virtual conferences to network with key stakeholders and showcase IDA Beauty products.
17. Passion for beauty, makeup, luxury brands.
18. Strong understanding of the beauty industry, products acknowledged and consumer preferences is essential for a sales representative in this sector.
19. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a successful track record of meeting sales targets.
20. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.

In this role, candidates need to nurture relationships with both existing and potential clients to understand their preferences and needs effectively. Candidates must be fluent in two different languages and possess a deep understanding of both the GCC market and the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will meet these criteria, and nationality or gender will not be a determining factor, as long as the individual is dedicated to working hard and supporting the company's success.

Position: Marketer for Outdoor Marketing & B2B

Location: Dubai JLT

Experience: Previous experience in cosmetics (makeup preferred) and marketing across the GCC.

Working hours: 9am to 6pm one hour break

Days of work: Monday to Saturday

Sales targets for IDA Beauty marketer are set at 10,000 AED weekly.

The base salary for this position is 2000 AED for housekeeping, with the opportunity for salary increases after meeting company targets. Additionally, a 5% commission will be provided on sales. However, if performance falls below company expectations, salaries may be subject to review and adjustment.

Future Compensation: Competitive salary will be given to employees after meeting up with the company sales target and high commission structure.
