Job description

To ensure the implementation of all health safety and environmental (HSE) procedures across the factory premises and to create a safe working environment by identifying potential risks and enforcing safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and inspect workplace activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and UAE labor laws.
  

• Lead site safety audits inspections and incident investigations.
  

• Develop and deliver safety training and induction sessions to new and existing staff.
  

• Maintain all safety records and ensure documentation is uptodate.
  

• Respond to and manage onsite emergencies providing first response and coordinating with emergency services as needed.
  

• Recommend and enforce corrective actions for any unsafe practices or conditions.
  

• Promote a strong safety culture across all departments.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 5 years in industrial safety (cement construction or heavy industry)
  

• Experience in a cement manufacturing plant or construction industry is a mandatory prerequisite
  

• NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / other recognized HSE certifications (mandatory)
  

• Strong knowledge of UAE health & safety laws and industrial compliance
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Strong documentation/reporting abilities
  

• Physically fit alert and responsive to factory operations
