Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) related matters in the facility.
  • Prepare and maintain H&S checklists.
  • Ensure all workers wear proper PPE.
  • Maintain discipline during break times.
  • Conduct daily rounds to identify hazards and abnormalities inside and outside the facility.
  • Maintain discipline and harmony in coordination with supervisors and management.
  • Report any indiscipline or misconduct by workers.
  • Organize H&S training and safety awareness sessions, including safety induction for new staff.
  • Record incident and accident reports.
  • Inspect and maintain safety equipment and tools, ensuring regular checks and repairs.
  • Manage first aid kits, keep stock records, and provide first aid when needed.
  • Participate in and lead evacuation drills and manage emergency evacuation teams.
  • Ensure emergency exit doors are well maintained.
  • Monitor high-risk activities.
  • Implement waste management and housekeeping systems, maintaining social hygiene.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the department head.
