Job Description

• Enforce hospital safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations (OSHA/NEBOSH/MOH)
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Provide safety training to hospital staff
• Maintain safety records and reports
• Coordinate emergency response and fire drills
• Monitor PPE use and overall workplace safety

Desired Candidate Profile

• Certified in NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent safety qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in health and safety, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and healthcare compliance standards
• Excellent communication, report writing, and training skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to work under pressure and respond quickly in emergencies
• Familiar with PPE, fire safety systems, and emergency response procedures
