Job summary

Entermarkets is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer to transform an existing product into a secure, scalable SaaS platform in Dubai. You will lead a small team and own end-to-end delivery across backend Python, frontend React, and cloud infrastructure.

You will manage AWS deployments, design scalable architectures, and ensure production readiness while mentoring teammates and contributing to code actively.

Qualifications

• Strong Python backend and full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, APIs, and Git/CI/CD.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React or similar frameworks.
• Proven experience building or scaling SaaS products and deploying production systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take end-to-end technical ownership.

Responsibilities

• Review, develop, and optimize existing code and architecture.
• Build and scale backend services, APIs, and full-stack applications.
• Manage AWS deployments, databases, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement secure authentication, permissions, and multi-user data isolation.
• Integrate AI/LLM APIs and ensure production readiness.
• Lead and mentor a small development team while remaining actively involved in coding.
