S4 HANA PS/EPPM Fn. Consultant-3months contract UAE-SAP Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA PS (Project Systems) / EPPM (Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management) Senior Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Project Budgeting, Execution, and Closing, as well as exposure to SAP Cloud Integration (CPI). The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end solutions leveraging both core SAP S/4HANA and cloud capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA PS/EPPM solution design, configuration, and implementation across project lifecycle stages.
  
• Drive functional workshops to gather and analyze business requirements related to project budgeting, execution, and closing.
  
• Configure and implement core PS/EPPM components, including:
  
• Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Activities, Milestones
  
• Budget planning and control with AVC (Availability Control)
  
• Resource planning, procurement integration, and actual cost tracking
  
• Project closure including settlement and reporting
  
• Integrate S/4HANA PS/EPPM with SAP and non-SAP applications using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
  
• Work collaboratively with technical teams on designing and implementing interfaces via CPI (e.g., integration with SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, Fieldglass, or third-party tools).
  
• Provide guidance on SAP Fiori apps and dashboards relevant to PS/EPPM.
  
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems using cloud integration tools.
  
• Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and cutover planning.
  
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
  
• Collaborate with other module consultants (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) for seamless cross-functional processes.
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of SAP experience with 3+ years in SAP S/4HANA PS/EPPM modules.
  
• Deep knowledge of Project Systems processes including budgeting, execution, and closing.
  
• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) for managing integrations.
  
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to project management.
  
• Proven ability to work with integration scenarios across SAP modules and non-SAP landscapes.
  
• Strong understanding of project portfolio management, project lifecycle controls, and reporting.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Nice to Have:

• SAP Certification in PS or EPPM
  
• Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology.
  
• Experience in Real Estate Industry Sector
  
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BPC for project performance and budget reporting.
