Job summary

Bybit in Abu Dhabi is seeking a marketing leader for Real World Assets (RWA) products, focusing on promotion through traditional financial channels and institutional partnerships.

You will drive client relationships with brokerages and asset managers, develop channel strategies, plan campaigns and events, and coordinate across internal teams to deliver end-to-end channel promotions, monitor performance, and optimize distribution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience, with preference for traditional brokerages, banks, or asset management institutions.
• Solid understanding of core RWA concepts and traditional financial instruments.
• Proficient English listening, speaking, reading, and writing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Interface with traditional brokerages, asset management firms, and institutional clients to promote RWA products.
• Develop deep insights into client structures, compliance, and product preferences for targeted channel strategies.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives for traditional financial audiences, including roadshows and exclusive institutional events.
• Coordinate with BD, Compliance, Marketing, and Regional teams to ensure smooth execution of channel promotions.
• Manage end-to-end partnerships from strategy to post-event evaluation and ongoing relationship maintenance.
• Monitor channel performance metrics to optimize distribution strategies.

Role Overview

Responsible for driving the marketing, promotion, and commercial implementation of RWA (Real World Assets) products across traditional financial channels.

Core Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Interface with traditional brokerages, asset management firms, and other institutional clients; establish and maintain cooperative relationships to drive RWA products into their client recommendation pipelines.
• Channel Strategy Development: Develop deep insights into traditional financial institutions client structures, compliance requirements, and product preferences to formulate targeted channel promotion strategies.
• Campaign & Event Execution: Plan and execute marketing initiatives aimed at traditional financial audiences, including roadshows, co-branded campaigns, and exclusive institutional events.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align internal assets, Business Development (BD), Compliance, Marketing, and Regional teams to guarantee smooth execution and delivery of channel promotions.
• End-to-End Partnership Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of channel collaborations, from initial strategy communication and operational follow-ups to post-event evaluation and ongoing relationship maintenance.
• Data Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key channel performance indicators (including traffic scale, conversion rates, AUM contribution, and institutional engagement levels) to continuously optimize channel distribution strategies.

Job Requirements

• Professional Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience, with a strong preference for candidates from traditional brokerages, banks, or asset management institutions.
• Financial Acumen: Deep familiarity with core traditional financial instruments (such as bonds, funds, structured products, and REITs) and the decision-making processes of institutional clients.
• RWA Industry Literacy: Solid understanding of core RWA concepts and mainstream protocols (such as Ondo Finance, Maple Finance, and Centrifuge); capable of articulating complex on-chain asset mechanics clearly to traditional financial audiences.
• Language Skills: Proficient English listening, speaking, reading, and writing capabilities; able to independently coordinate and collaborate with international institutions and cross-regional internal teams.
• Execution & Agility: Strong execution mindset, with the proven capacity to manage and launch multiple parallel channel projects in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
