We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Russian Speaker Export Sales Executive to join our team based in UAE and help us expand our presence in CIS countries, especially in Russia.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development:
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase export sales of lubricants to CIS countries including Russia.
  3. Identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with potential customers, and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Ready to travel CIS countries frequently.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create tailored solutions for customers.
  5. Market Research & Analysis:
  6. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs in target markets.
  7. Provide insights to senior management on potential export markets, product requirements, and pricing strategies.
  8. Client Support & Relationship Management:
  9. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors in export markets, offering exceptional post-sale support.
  10. Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
  11. Reporting & Documentation:
  12. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions.
  13. Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  1. Experience:
  2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the lubricants, automotive, or manufacturing industry.
  3. Proven track record in generating export sales and establishing strong international client relationships.
  4. Knowledge:
  5. In-depth knowledge of lubricants and related industries, with the ability to explain product benefits and features effectively.
  6. Skills:
  7. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  10. Language:
  11. Fluent in Russian and English.
  12. Education:
  13. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
