Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field as a foundational requirement.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in rubber compounding and processing within a manufacturing environment.
• Relevant certifications in rubber technology or materials science to demonstrate specialized knowledge.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for modeling and simulation in rubber technology.
