You will shadow, complete a capstone project, and rotate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Excellence, Market Access, HR, and Finance.

Participants gain exposure to AbbVie’s products, customer insights and market challenges while benefiting from structured training, mentorship, and networking with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the healthcare sector, specifically Aesthetics.
• Analytical and strategic mindset.
• Strong English proficiency; Arabic is a plus.
• Basic commercial acumen in a corporate setting.
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Engage in rotational assignments across business areas.
• Collaborate with medical, regulatory, and finance teams.
• Analyze market data and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Support mentoring and development throughout the program.
