Foundational commercial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Rotate across key business areas including Product Sales & Marketing and Customer Excellence & Market Access.
Work closely with team members to understand business processes and contribute to key projects.
Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, and finance teams to deliver business initiatives.
Analyze market data and business challenges to propose creative solutions to senior stakeholders.
Gain a broad understanding of the pharmaceutical and aesthetics sectors through hands-on learning.
Participate in one-on-one mentorship, coaching, and formal training workshops.
