AbbVie Tumoohy Talent is an early career pathway designed for recent graduates The journey begins with a shadow and project for a 2-month period during which participants will gain exposure to AbbVie through shadowing opportunities structured learning and a business project Following completion of the project you will then progress into our rotational development program as a Therapeutics Aesthetics Associate or Business Associate As a Therapeutics Aesthetics Associate you will rotate across two rotations across key business areas such as Product Sales amp Marketing and Customer Excellence amp Market Access The two year-program on a fixed-term contract is designed to accelerate your development and prepare you for a future leadership role in AbbVie s commercial function As a Business Associate you will rotate across two rotations across key business areas such as Human Resources and Finance amp Supply The two year-program on a fixed-term contract is designed to accelerate your development and prepare you for a future leadership role in AbbVie s support function

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
