Participants rotate through departments to gain practical exposure, complete immersion phases, and work toward permanent placement upon successful completion.

Fresh graduates will develop leadership potential while supporting the Emiratization 2026 strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed fields.
Fresh graduate (graduated within the last 1–2 years).
Less than 1 year of full-time work experience.

Responsibilities

Participate actively in assigned departmental rotations as per the program structure.
Complete initial Operations and Brand Immersion phase.
Execute assigned tasks and projects aligned with department objectives and KPIs.
Demonstrate learning agility and adaptability across different functions.
Achieve agreed KPIs and learning objectives for each rotation.
Participate in structured entry and exit reviews for each rotation.
Receive and act on continuous feedback from rotation supervisors.
Maintain accurate documentation of learning outcomes and performance.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and ownership mindset.
